Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 cup water adjust for desired consistency
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Prepare the Berries by washing all the berries thoroughly under cold water. Drain them well.
  • Chop all the strawberries
  • In a blender, add the blueberries, raspberries, and chopped strawberries. Blend on high speed until the berries are a smooth consistency.
  • If you prefer a juice without the seeds, you can strain the blended berry mixture through a strainer or cheesecloth into a bowl or pitcher. Use a spoon or similar to press the mixture and extract as much juice as possible.
  • To sweeten the juice, add honey or maple syrup to the strained berry juice according to your taste. Start with a tablespoon and adjust as needed. Blend the sweetener into the juice until it's well combined.
  • Depending on how thick you want your juice, you can add water to the berry mixture. Start with 1/2 cup and blend, then add more if needed until you reach your desired consistency.
  • Chill and Serve: Pour the berry juice into glasses filled with ice cubes. You can garnish the glasses with a few fresh berries for an extra burst of color. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing and nutritious triple berry juice!

Notes

Remember, the sweetness of the berries may vary, so adjust the amount of sweetener to suit your taste. Additionally, you can get creative and add a splash of lemon or lime juice for a tangy twist. Enjoy your homemade berry juice!
